You have to remember when you issue shares you are still in the game and get to share the upside so we must keep it in perspective

If BIG had of offered all cash now we might not of had the opportunity to seal the deal as they might believe that there business was well and truly worth the price it is today for them anyway

Think of it this way would you take $6 now in cash or someone offers you a script deal that could see your shares worth what we all think they are in double digits.

The story has only just begun and some people wouldn’t be too happy like I said I would of taken $3 cash 4 months ago.

It’s the opportunity that is the cost and when you look at a Uber exposure it’s priceless for a startup
