IMO quite a few people will question the sense in funding acquisitions with significant amounts from shares. The dramatic rise in share price has resulted in a great windfall for the seller at Big shareholders expense through dilution, but still a great deal for us.

I too think BIG should review how it finds its continued expansion give the meteoric rise in SP
