I'll be following OzHerald and directing my proxy to SER.

Thought is QGL do NOT want this to go to liquidation, resulting loss of permits, etc, and SER potentially have that ability.

If that potential is established SER then may then have some basis to negotiate a far better outcome for SH's than that currently proposed.

While I'd prefer a considerably improved outcome SER negotiating with some strength, liquidation and the ability to write off losses is far preferable to QGL grinding SH's to dust and walking away with the prize.

Been messy, but for mine course of action now clear.
