Your post indicates you are not that well researched on Talleys.
As for being a bunch of moaners.....well if I sold 1/3 of your house for 10% of it's current market value to myself and my investment mates me thinks you might moan a bit as well.
The conversion of the RCPS was a disgraceful act that has tainted this company for a very long time.
