It's all about the finance and I really don't want to misconstrue what was said so someone who was there please correct me if what I say is wrong.
If they have the finance they are ready to get the ball rolling tomorrow. Start ordering the modules for the mine.
They are in a catch 22 situation.
Without an off take agreement they can't get finance.
Without finance they can't get an off take agreement.
They have been approached about various potential deals but they were not satisfactory to the company.
It is very soon going to be crunch time for big renewable energy companies. Wind turbine companies, EV etc. There will not be the rare earths available to make the turbines EVs etc.
It mostly relates to the increasing needs for magnets.

The day the DP gets finance I guarantee the share price will rise.
