It is in the EDISON REPORT that another poster had put up.
The plant will be built in two stages and the revenue stream doesn't kick in significantly till about 2023 from the report.
What I should have said was don't expect a jump in earnings while plant is being constructed and FULL operational production is happening.
So while the plant is producing no significant change to earnings occurs till 2023 as I had read from the report!
It put me off when I read it! However the report wasn't directly from ALK and therefore make your own judgement.
