Yes, I was there.
All resolutions were passed. The shareholders present tried to ammend JT's options package but failed.
Anyway, there won't be any resource upgrade till early next year because of assay assessment delays.
The good news is that we were shown a slide visual of a recent core sample which the Exploration manager Peter Rae, said was the first time that they had actually seen gold visible on the core sample before it was sent of for assay. One would then expect that to be of a very high grade.
Peter is very upbeat on the Mt Carlton/Silver Hill prospect and believes they are sitting on a major discovery. He also indicated that it would be cheap to mine because of its structure.
I'm no Geo but I am very impressed with where this company is heading and am happy to sit on my holding and be rewarded big time next year.
I should also mention that the question was raised to the board as to their knowledge of any change of substantial shareholders. Especialy, in consideration of the share activity of recent. In particular, the movement in options. They were very cagey on this question and had no comment to make. I personally think they have information they do not wish to disclose at present and I am sure all will be revealed when the options are excercised.
