While it's true that to date the options haven't really been given the premium they deserve, a value of 5c (or there abouts) is a fair premium - to suggest any more than that is blatant ramping on the part of anyone who does so, or someone who probably wasn't aware the strike price is 40c as opposed to 20c.
Doesn't mean they're not low though, that's because the heads are also low!
