Perhaps a topic for over-hyping later this year/sometime next year.

As other posters have mentioned, the evidence based literature shows median time to valve degeneration is about 5 years (the stress and pressure on all those sutures).  That aligns with WP comments about the control valve, seen here, that is on the market and in people as we speak starting to degrade at equivalent to 6 years.  So, at the 6 year mark, the single piece valves have not yet imploded, exploded, or degraded while we know the marketed control has started to degrade.

I guess this has positive implications for our other related 3D products in the pipeline (e.g. 3D AV leaflets etc).
