Russ the way I understand it the vax was valued at 30m and the China mob put in 18m for their % of the company. That 18m will fund phase 1 in HPV and potentially a phase 2b in HSV. Potentially they will ipo the company on Chinese stock exchange in approx 2 yrs about when they have results for these trials. The Chinese want trials done in China so if they run out of money before it is listed they may have to put up more money or if already listed I guess a cap raise. Now given we have a % of the company would admedus vax participate, who knows I just trying to piece this altogether myself. I believe WP said no more money to vax but who knows in a few years time if results for hsv were imminent and felt confident. My concern would be the 18m ran out before completion of trials or listings and then we may be forced to help out, all guess work from my part. IMO
