I'm pretty sure they just wanted the 6 million from the institutional investors and directors and anything from retail investors is just the cherry on top.
And russ they havent been given 18 million another company is in talks to fund vaccines to that amount and will be taking over 60% and we will be left with 40% but dont need to find money for it anymore.
