Of course they want/need money from the spp. Good grief, even if they get their adapt targets there will be millions going out before we go cash positive, and that's without that investment we want the extra cash for. And all those announcements, they are for someones benefit!
As shareholders we should all want it to succeed, even if it dilutes you a bit. Money in the bank is important, even if you don't think they'll "need" it. All companies need some money reserves in the bank!
It would be fantastic if it were oversubscribed, but I really really doubt it. Unless there is some amazing news tomorrow morning.
