The CEO is under no obligation to buy into the company that hired him to run it, some choose to buy and some don't, it is by no means an indication that the stock will do well, I have personal experience with two stocks that the directors and the CEO's bought much more on market than the PNV CEO but yet their sp's remain at lows. LNG and ZIP, I am sure there are many more examples. Do you buy into every company that you work for?
