LOTM why aren't you going to the AGM with all your concerns?
I have no need to go so don't care where it is is being held. I haven't put the house on this horse so win or loose I take what ever comes, confident it will turn out well in the end.
I'm not getting into a debate with you, not interested. From my observations you are glass half empty sort of person, you are not going to be happy with any response, that is just the way you seem to operate. Life is too short to waste in the company of negative unhappy people who complain about the outcomes of decisions they made.
Have a nice day LOTM, let others do the leg work for you and go to the AGM while you conveniently post your negative reflections from the comfort of your keyboard.
