AGM

Will be interesting to see the results of this year's AGM. I think we could see a protest vote on rem. It's good to see executive directors not getting much of a bonus this year (Joey zero) but suspect a few votes against given poor performance generally. Also Joey's salary high versus peers and Ben Lim gets paid more that the Chairman, whats with this must be family perks as don't see what he really adds? Assume Thai vendor is still allowed to vote his stock and this will go against both resolutions. All you would need would be another big shareholder to get above the 25% threshold for rem. Also the board could probably do with more breadth and less Lim family representation so may a few against Ben's re-election too! Thoughts?
