Looks like the Vendor in going to increase his lawfare blizzard. The cash drain from the legal disputes are now a real issue. Operationally you'd think they can pull through this financial year and make the US21m to fund the debt, but with hundreds of thousands in lawfare money going out the door is more of a challenge.
