In the Chairman's address, "On 5 October 2018, we were informed that the Appeal Court has decided to remove the preliminary injunction, but no written judgement has been published as yet. This is not a decision on the merits of our claim". According to the article the newspaper obtained the judgement and it is very clearly a decision on the merits of DNA's claim, "It found that the allegations had not been based on any reliable evidence which indicated or proved any such alleged involvement of Sukcharoenkraisri".

My point is, and I think why the severe share price decline is basically down to value of Aristo, is that all these rulings that DNA has received from the local court may be worth nothing. I know the lease issue is separate, however that injunction issued by the local court might prove inappropriate in the arbitration, just like in the appeal court. And the fact that the future of the lease is being decided in Cambodia is surely a significant advantage to the Vendor, evidenced by his now non-ownership of casinos on his land he owned a short time ago, I wonder if this was overlooked in the sale negotiations as all the other major disputes seem to have be handled in Singapore.
