I was looking back and there were really big expectations on the Aristo that it never achieved (there is a old youtube video of an analyst comparing Macao table yields to what Aristo's 40 tables should achieve...), combine that with the vendor fallout disrupting Star Vegas, and yes, a disaster. A lot of rebuilding to be done to restore some sort of track record.
