The chairman of the meeting John Pizzey is not able to give any update on the Ministers decision re the Wardens Court. All he could say was that they are completely up to date with correspondence and replies to the Mining Ministers staff re requests for information. They have no indication at all as to when the Minister will give his decision, entirely out of Kidman's hands. All I can say is that they are highly optimistic they will get a yes result. Otherwise about 25 people at the meeting and just a formality re the voting of the 10 resolutions with results being released today by Kidman.
