-When will Tier 1 Visa and Mastercard be available in the EU?

-what is the anticipated GPTV? (still $880m annualised?)

-how long for that to ramp up ?

ie Over what period of time before we are processing (1/12)*880 per month?

I note that sales team has been rejuvenated - is the team writing new business in antcipation of Tier 1 coming on line?

Are below the line costs expected to remain at $7.5m next year?
