Part of this link describes their carrier hotel cross connects. Basically a large number of providers have services terminated there and a customer can order a cross connect to them. If I am reading the tweet correctly, Megaport would be able to provide a connection for a customer to a chosen carrier, this would route traffic off Megaports network and onto Flexential and then onto the carrier.
