Donimalai levy is the bad luck we copped on this occasssion imo for current delays .... hopefully common sense prevails withing the Indian government and it gets squashed. We are seeing the Indian state politics and antics first hand imo. Its very quiet out there. I have seeked clrificationw ith no response so if it was nothing, it would ahve been cleared up via an announcement.
IMO NMDC are incurring damages of its mine being closed, due to unforeseen and unreasonable Levy.
Hope they get it sorted
