Mango forget that. When these 3 companys prove the 2 industrial-process tecnology that they will kick that goal. They have not done that yet. No lisenseing will go ahead until they prove that at comercial scale.

Industrial-process tecnologys do not get taken up by out side mining companys until they are proved at comercial scale. 

Other wise Rio would be adopting these procceses like they will for other proven industrial-process technologys.

Thats what this is all about. 100%. Right now they are not proven at demonstration scale or pre comercial scale let alone comercial scale. The lisenses and royaltys mean nothing yet until they can be sold. in real life the only thing that can be sold is the patent not the lisense to use the processes until there proven.

ECT could not prove it them selfs so they got 2 indian companys to do it for them and the trade off is royaltys for matmor and global coldry sales.
