It's a legacy involving much baggage. The old MNM guard, MCO shareholders, AVQ shareholders and previous operators of the Morning Star miners dating back 100 years, something people need to get over, focus on the near future. Myself I am extremely pleased and focused on the performance of the new AUL BoD.
Get over it, either support the company or move on, IMO.
