I got the impression that they initially thought that Sat-Space Africa would take all of the bandwidth SAS could provide and be charged for it. Now I think that Sat-Space is going around potential customers of Sat-Space in Africa and demonstrating the 3D's capabilities on behalf of SAS. Therefore, Sat-Space is doing the sales job for SAS and is either not being charged or being charged minimally.
