Hearing scheduled for 8-12 July - expect decision from September on.
Nick Limb noted that FAR was being represented by Lord Hoffman (as everyone is aware). He made the comment (presumably referring to Tribunal members who will make determination on hearing) "they have been lied to by the best and we are not up against the best". He also went on to say that we held the moral high ground, and he felt confident and happy to let process takes its place.
