An approved development plan is a prerequisite to FID.
Approval may be putting the cart before the horse, a bridge too far so to speak, considering the legitimacy and final approval of the operator remains outstanding.
Maybe it’s crunch time and we need clarification before jumping into the deep end and finding ourselves up s—t creek without a paddle. Can’t expect the train to leave the station until the wheels are on the track and we have a full head of steam.
Crying out loud, I’m going barmy I will be glad when this is all over !
