But what about the CGR shareholders? Do they standby and let the factoring and discounting just become a sideline when it is the successful, larger and the growth part of the CGR business. Seems to me it will become non-core business at some future date if the merger goes ahead. I hold CGR, SNC, NSC and COG shares and I am hoping all this goes away.
