That story has clearly been instigated by COG as an attempt to scare CGR holders from voting NO to the offer.
Regardless as to whether Scot Pac make an offer CGR shareholders will vote NO to this terrible deal that grossly undervalues CGR.
They couldn't even be bothered to do the research to find out Scot Pacs market share of the factoring market, quoted as 60%-80%.
8% on top of 60% is not material & wouldn't bother the ACCC.
