So how does your open mind process the guy's contradictory grandstanding? This is what he did.

1) He said a bunch of stuff to discredit the board and asserted that the don't have enough cash to last 12 months, then
2) He propose we need to bring in another person, who obviously is going to cost $$, then
3) He said he want to rally shareholders to do 2 above

OK, those two things (1 & 2) don't mix well. Does an open mind not critically assess such contradiction? If we don't have enough cash to last 12 as per his assertion then bringing in another person is only going to shorten that time frame no?

Our BOD not only talked about conserving cash. They've actually taken concrete actions in sacrificing salary for shares. I have tremendous respect for their actions. By their actions they proved they believe in the projects that they've lined up and their strategy.

If you open your window you'd still want to have a fly screen no? Or are you happy to let flies, mosquitoes and all sorts of bugs come in freely?

If he's legit why does he want to rally shareholders around himself without meeting with Jonathan?
