I don’t think they will do a consolidation. It won’t be in the interest of company or shareholders. I think the plan would be to get a plant built, showcase technology then get the share price moving with current numbers on issue. I think other options other than a share issue need to be explored. Possible funding through a contract agreement rather than hundreds of millions of shares being issued would be favourable
