I think things will happen, definately on the Ukraine front. Whether that's before the end of the year or not I don't know. They said that would answer all correspondence as long as it is not abusive, which I think is fair. And it really does sound like things have happened which are completely out of their control. I doubt it was ever going to go down like this:

Ukrainian Minister 1: "I've had enough of this - let's disband the government!!"
Ukrainian Minister 2: "Ah but wait - there's a small mining company from Perth, Australia that's trying to secure a couple of uranium deposits. If we disband government they won't be able to secure them!!"
Ukrainian Minister 1: "Ah ok. How about we wait until they have secured the deposits, then we'll disband the government?!"
Ukrainian Minister 2: "Sounds good to me!! High Five!!"
