Summary of salient points re AGM (from my perspective)
1. It is a much more cautious, responsible and transparent management with PR at helm .
2. Disquiet/dissatisfaction of shareholders has been well noted. We note the management and board's frustration with issues beyond their control.
3. Ukraine is truly not far off but can't be delivered until the lesgislature is legit.
4. CR - is -lets go to sleep - wheels turning slowly
5. Kaz- going for small projects - maybe 2 yrs off
6. Uz - go to sleep - lots of U though - wheels turning both directions - slowly-
7. Lots of trichollogically challenged shareholders and some non-holders. Think Schrimpf dyes his remaining.
8. Bulgaria - promising -I've always said that - and not related to Discovery
9. Bigger room than last time - they're learning
10. Kate's about as techno literate as I am!
11. Africa - still coals in the fire
12. Send enquiries and they will be addressed as long as you don't verbally abuse anyione
13. Options all passed - but enough nos to have sent some sort of message -
14. Hold shares if you want a proper hearing.
