They have enough cash and facility to see them through the next six months with about $2M in cash and facility left over but if there is not a marked improvement in cash flow during that time a cap raise is inevitable and the likelihood of that being a success is just about zero. Sydney sales are zero apart from approx $7K per month from the BCA contract. No increase in rack sales in Tasmania. Without any change in DC income DXN needs approx $2.5M of Edge sales per month to reach break even. Is there even enough Edge contracts available throughout Australia to be able to reach that figure? Unless they can dump Melbourne and sell a shitload of rack space they are really pushing it uphill. That's how I see it. A waste of two years investment coming up? A change of registered office to Sydney disconnected from their main manufacturing activity. The AGM held in Collins St. Melbourne. An office in KL? Factory in Perth which is fortunately operational but as yet without a signed lease. Who is running this show!?
