agree with both comments there,

management continue their conservative approach, remembering these guys are professionals and not pump and dump style i wouldn't expect anything different either. She'll move when they are ready for it and we will continue to see any gains held and not the quick spike and drop that are in so many other start up companies out there.

the exciting thing here is that like Mark said at AGM, they are only really 4 months into their resources definition.. plenty of blue sky ahead people ;)
