The upside is really quite staggering and more importantly it’s realistic-period.
The management play with a straight bat and looks set to improve. It will be interesting to see who they recruit. Business is done on relationships so if experienced industry directors come on board not only will it add to ECT’s credentials but will open more doors too.
With the indicative numbers stated and the vast brown coal reserves here in Victoria, IMO ECT has the potential to become one of the fastest growing Australian companies for ‘08/’09.
IMO you get the feeling that HRL maybe their first customer. Mention of the use of their lab in the preso and we know ECT have supplied pellets already to Hazelwood so there is a very close working relationship that exists and it could be almost a natural transition.
Wait for the beanies to tick off hard numbers (BFS) which is a normal step and then put your seat belt on.
