Chinese government is looking to break away from dependence on US silicon and they are pumping billions into their domestic semiconductor industry. If the 4DS ReRAM performance truly is next generation, then sending the data to the Chinese could generate some truly unfathomable bids for the 4DS IP.
All we need is those February chip results to impress. And it sounds like they will. Game time.
