I don't think it is the whole board. I personally think if you look and listen to some of the newer blood that is there now, PAA will turn around.
I am not so happy with some of the older blood myself but felt unsure of the capability or intent of those who were most recently put forward. So I have been prepared to support the blend of old and new.
But I should say that this stock is in my speculative basket, and so I am comfortable with it in spite of the shenanigans.
Others may not agree.
