    If court action begins I'd expect this to be delisted from the exchange.

    That could be a long wait with your money tied up with a length court battle.

    This company has completely malfunctioned. There has not been reportable progress in close to 12 months.

    Are you heavy in the red? I'm curious as to what keeps you incentivized to stay invested. Is it the story?
