correct - they work together enough to have seen the big picture. All parties reputation going forward account for the fact they sold a capital raising and gave out a story to shareholders that can only be justified by including some fine print. they knew it was BS and took the $$ of Mums and dads.
AF may be mates with the Aussie contingent of the clown crew but at the very least he has skin in the game and has a spine. He also has a lot of shareholders waiting to back his next steps.
