I didn't expect the result today. trying to piece together what the hell just happened. if I was take best guess it would be.

1. Max advised PC on finance process and based on this info and not much more research PC communicated with market and on three occasions in 2020 demonstrated impotency with his results.
2. AF based upon the info from PC bet big on options and his company backed capital raising
3. PC had enough and resigned
4. it was indicated on this forum and it makes sense that PC backed the AF push. AF is stronger person with skin in the game. Jigao did not like this and turned on PC.

big question is what will happen next.
- is there course to challenge result? and get AF on board?
- will Jigao try to install new management? and if so do they have the vote or legal course to do so?
- what does the result mean for negotiating finance. I assume Jigao will not support finance unless they are happy with TON management and board.
- what does vote mean for solvency or the Mozambique office?
