If the next step from the major shareholder is some sort of corporate action to try and completely shaft the remaining 62%, there is at least some hope the masses could unite to defeat such action. 320m shares already voted for Frazer, in effect a vote of dissatisfaction with the existing board, I would hope a decent chunk of the 300m+ who didn’t vote today would join the fight if it was clear the major shareholder was looking to shaft us and exit with full ownership of the mining resources.

If someone like Frazer communicated a clear strategy in a open and transparent manner in my view he would get pretty good support.

The lack of honest, transparent communication today from the board, and the voting from the major shareholder (who has board representation), including knifing PC without explanation was bad, very bad. It is difficult for me to feel like the board is acting in my interest, as currently I have no confidence the board is trying to get this mine developed on a timely basis.

This company has been dead in the water since last June when PC made his botched finance prediction.

A company that doesn't communicate is one that is not making progress: its as simple as that.

The internal politics are enough to put me off. Are we seriously expecting this mob to get a graphite mine off the ground when they cant agree who sits on the board. Not a chance.
