Correct regarding the special dividend etc.
It would be unlikely they would do a buy back, just return cash to shareholders. If they were to do consolidation after the cap return, the number of shares you hold would decrease, but there would be a proportionate increase in their share price. The total value of your holding would remain unchanged and you would continue along the ride.
