What concerns me the most is are the companies that owe all the money at arasor even capable of paying what they owe.

If they are unable to pay then a good deal of the revenue stream also dries up! If another quarter goes by with another $3 million in negative cash flow then another capital raising will be required. By then the share price might be around 20c, so not a good option!
