Some interesting news in respect of next weeks AGM. CALPERS (California Public Employees Retirement System) only voted in favour of 4 of the 11 management proposals. They were against the remuneration repost, equity grants to BC and certain directors including Peter Johnson. I have no idea how much equity they own but highlight because they are well followed and influential. Will be interesting to compare with what Aus Super does...
