Annual Financials (long overdue) do not show any hope. Just under $4million owed in salaries at June 2021 (what will it be at June 2022?). What have these people done to deserve this? Absolutely no shareholder value added , seems to be just a benefit for the Davey family. Look at the history of people they have dealt with. Fred Hamilton (RA Solar) , Tekeshi Ono (Valentia) and now they are in bed with Apollo Developments and Dewan International . A look at their websites shows nothing to be exited about. The Apollo site is so out of date it precedes colour TV. Between myself and three fellow shareholders we are voting against the Directors at least as a form of protest. Between us we have about 7.5 million shares. Not enough to unseat them , but is a protest. One of my friends is an Accountant and in his opinion EVM are virtually insolvent.
