Listening to the AGM online right now and seems the first few minutes didn't get broadcast so wasn't fully clear why the Chair was an apology? An off-handed comment was that it was 1am in the UK, but if that was the reason then the Chair should be sacked as the AGM is the biggest event of the year. Waiting for the CEO's presentation and Q&A to see if we can get some more light shed on the reason for the CR when messaging by Wayne in the weeks prior was that it wasn't needed.
