OR
every shareholder has the right to choose a proxy and let them choose how to vote

every shareholder has the right to choose a proxy and director them how to vote

do you really believe that if only two shareholders turn up at a meeting and there is a show of hands then only those two shareholders along with the directors (if eligible to vote) decide on matter for the entire company???
