kissie, the best option is to appoint a proxy to vote at the meeting for you. We need to organise ourselves to have someone represent us at the meeting. The proxy can vote for any number of people.
Is there anyone out there who will be attending the meeting and would be prepared to do this ????
I certainly would send my proxy to them rather than to the chairman.
