Which ever way the vote goes, good luck to all retail holders..... the rest, through means unavailable to mere retail holders, create their own so called good 'luck'.

A spill insider has told us all in here the facts of what they intend to do... worrying facts which imo would lead to :

1. A new board of totally unknown people to all of us retail holders.
2. Large share consolidation with imo an expected drop in shareholder value being unfortunately the most usual outcome for penny stocks.
3. A massive cash raise which would dilute retail holders who cannot afford to buy
a lot more shares now (if they are even offered any) with yet more unwanted dilution imo.

IMO we are on the verge of success with Hickory-1 which is why 'the wealthy wants it now, they needs the precious all for themselves' and cheaply.............
